We celebrated Samuel’s (1) July 27th and my dad’s (XX) July 20th birthdays with immediate family. There’s nothing like having big brothers to help you open presents!
Here is Samuel at about a week old I think. Mom will correct me if I am wrong.
The feast. When we went to Louisiana we brought back 15lbs of shrimp and for the birthday celebration we had a traditional shrimp boil or low country boil as some may call it. We boiled fresh corn on the cob, potatoes, onions, 2lbs of smoked sausage, and the shrimp. Emeril aint‘ got nothin‘ on these Hahns….BAM!
