I finally did it. I bought the fridge, the kegs, and all the equipment to move into the world of kegging. Tired of the lonely hours washing bottle after bottle and then sanitizing bottle after bottle and then filling bottle after bottle and then capping bottle after bottle and then storing the bottles for weeks waiting on that goodness to mature (I am sure there should be a comma here somewhere), (there’s one now), I now embark into the keg world.
So far, so good. I have two 5 gallons kegs filled with some wonderful barley punch which I hope will last till around Christmas but who knows. Below are some pictures of the venture. Cheers!
