Hoppy Days are coming!

Why, you may ask, am I posting a picture of a root? I’m glad you asked. This is not simply a root but rather the beginning of something beautiful. It is a picture of happiness hoped for. It is a picture of a hop rhizome. I ordered a few to plant this spring and, with the intercession of the saints, harvest some hops for my home brewing. These wily vines can grow 30 feet in a season.
