Wow, your prayers worked overtime last night!
Catherine’s IV failed overnight which turned out to be a good thing. They bumped her up to full feeds and she is tolerating them very well. Therefore, there is no talk of a PICC line for now. Thank the Lord! I hate those things.
After looking at her again today it was determined that there isn’t an obstruction as previously thought. They believe it is slow motility again that is causing the back-up and vomiting. They will continue to suction this out and wait for it to clear up. So, we’ll be waiting, watching, and praying that she continues to heal in this way.
