My manly priestly brother may be embarrassed to admit this but we played with stuffed animals all the time when we were kids. I would guess that we probably had about 50 different stuffed animals.
Looking back I realize that they were great for our imagination. We played games with them. Went “camping” and “hiking with them. They were our friends and each had its own personality. I believe they helped cultivate the creativity we have today in our vocations.
Now I see my own children playing with stuffed animals. The fad of the house now is “animal hospital” given all that they have been through over the past few months with Catherine. They are constantly caring for their animals, using tape as bandages and Lego’s for medical instruments. They too go hiking, ride the Gator
, and go on all sorts of adventures.
Stuffed Ark Corporation offers literally hundreds (over 500) of stuffed animals in every shape and size. Clown Fish? Got it! Gibbon? Got it! Sugar Glider???? Got it! Plus they also have a link to an affiliate of theirs – NO China Plush. These are stuffed animals not made in China.
If your kids are in to stuffed animals like ours, I am sure they would enjoy these beautiful and unique plush toys.
