Nicole has complained about the number of “hoppy” beers being created lately at the Hahn Brewing Co. So, I have gone way out on a limb (at the risk of ridicule from my brother brewers) and have created a Blueberry Wheat Beer for the love of my life. It is amazing the things one will suffer for love. It was a simple creation with a lot less work involved which also made it very attractive.
In the fermenter it looks like grape Gatorade. I’ll post a picture of the results. And I’ll let you know if it won any points with Nicole!
